Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure?

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
We only use PayPal for online transactions and we are 100% happy with the service and security that they offer. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. Pay with your credit card without exposing your credit card number to the merchant. Plus, speed through checkout whenever you shop online.

How can I place an order?
You can place orders over the internet via PayPal, over the phone or by post.
What’s the order process?
After placing an order you will be contacted within 2 working days by email to confirm the order and you will be advised of an anticipated delivery date. We will ask you to provide us with a phone number on which we can contact you on. Your order will normally be despatched within 14 days and usually within 5 days. On the day prior to delivery, we will contact you and we will be able to advise an AM or PM window for delivery of your furnishings.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal online and over the phone. Cheques are accepted by post, funds must be cleared before conformation of order is sent.

Returns policy
We want you to be happy with any purchase from Eleanor French World Furniture and will always work with you to resolve any after sales requests.
If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund.
You can amend your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery.
Once you have accepted delivery of your order, you have the legal right to cancel within 7 working days of receipt. Items should be in a resaleable condition. Due to the size and nature of the goods, you cannot return the goods to us yourself, but you will have to meet the cost of collection (up to £100) of which you will be notified at the time of cancellation.
Guarantee
All goods carry a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee against materials and workmanship.
Privacy Policy

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
