Delivery
After placing an order you will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and you will be advised of an anticipated delivery date.
Your order will normally be despatched within 14 days and usually within 5 days.
On the day prior to delivery, we will contact you and we will be able to advise an AM or PM window for delivery of your furnishings.
Goods will be placed at the groundfloor of the location. If furniture is required in an upstairs location we will be happy to help you, however this will be at your own risk.

Damages resulting from transit must be reported at time of delivery.
Times quoted are so quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding.
In the case of goods purchased by credit card, those goods can only be delivered to the credit card holders address and must be signed for on delivery.

Availability
If for any reason, we are not able to supply an item, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and you have the option to cancel your whole order.
Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we say or do will amount to acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
Cancellations, amendments & returns
We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from Eleanor French World Furniture and will always work with you to resolve any after sales requests.
All goods carry a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee against materials and workmanship.
If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund.

Once you have accepted delivery of your order, you have the legal right to cancel within 7 working days of receipt. Items should be in a resaleable condition. Due to the size and nature of the goods, you cannot return the goods to us yourself, but you will have to meet the cost of collection (up to £100) of which you will be notified at the time of cancellation.
